Oral presentation
- All speakers are requested to report their attendance to the session chair or assistants at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Please also upload your presentation file to the laptop in the presentation room using a USB thumb stick or external drive. Supported presentation file formats include Microsoft PowerPoint (ppt, pptx), Open Document Format (ODF) Presentation (odp) and Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf).
- The presentation room will be featured with laptop with windows os, electronic power, projector screen, laser pointer, microphones, lectern and reception desk.
- Each oral presenter has 15 minutes talk time, including Q&A. The first bell (one ring) will be given at 12 minutes; the second bell (two rings) will be given at 13 minutes. The third bell (three rings) will be given at the end of the presentation time (15 minutes). Please stop your talk after the second bell for Q&A.
Poster presentation
- Poster content and format
- Place the title of your paper and your paper number prominently at the top of the poster.
- Prepare diagrams or charts legibly in a size sufficient to be read at a distance of 1 meter.
- The poster size is A0 (84 cm W * 118.8 cm H).
- Poster setup and removal
- To locate your assigned poster board, note that the Abstract Submission Number will be your board number. Each poster board will be marked with an individual number.
- Posters should be setup between 08:30 A.M. - 03:30 P.M. on the day of presentation.
- Please attend your poster presentation (standing by your poster and interacting with visitors) during the assigned poster session.
- Posters must be removed after the poster session. Any unremoved posters will be pulled out and disposed of by the conference staff.
