ACRS 2023 - Submission Guideline

Abstract Submission

  • The maximum word limit for the abstract is 500 words, and no figures or tables are allowed.
  • Submit an abstract with a title, authors' name, the abstract itself, and 3-5 keywords.
  • Abstracts should be submitted online only. If you have any difficulty submitting your abstract, please email to acrs2023@acrs2023.tw.
  • All presenters(oral or poster) are required to register and pay the registration fees.

    Important dates

  • The online abstract submission deadline is 16 July extended to 6 August, 2023.
  • The notification of acceptance will be sent via email and posted on the submission page by 1 August 14 August, 2023

Full Paper Submission

    Full paper is optional for regular paper submission, but it's required for Student and Young Scientist Paper Award and JSPRS Award.

    **IMPORTANT: The full paper submitted to Student and Young Scientist Paper Award will be treated as a new submission to the Asian Journal of Geoinformatics (AJG) and transferred to AJG editorial office for peer-review and publication, if accepted. The applicant must undertake subsequent revision process. Only the abstract of the application paper will be published in the proceedings of ACRS-2023.

  • Only the authors received an acceptance of abstract (will be notified by 14 August, 2023) can submit a full paper.
  • The paper must be written in English, and carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling.
  • The format of the paper must follow the guidelines as below: word
  • Please refer to the full-text template above and download the watermark image from ACRS2023 watermark.
  • The uploaded file should be converted to PDF format with ACRS2023 watermark. All fonts must be embedded in the PDF file.
  • Maximum file size of the paper is 10 MB.
